Order and delivery

Question 1: When should I expect my order??

Answer: The average delivery time is 2-5 days. Our products are shipped to you directly from the supplier. Through this unique business model, we save tremendously on storage and transportation costs, and can offer the products at a lower price than the competition and cover the shipping costs.

Question 2: The estimated delivery time has expired, where is my order?!

Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, sometimes an order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order using the following link:

Have you not received anything 3 days after the expected delivery time? Then please contact us.

Question 3: I am missing some products in my order, how is this possible?

Answer: Since we work with different suppliers, it is possible that products are shipped separately. If any items are missing from your order, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Exchange and return

Question 4: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?

Answer: Yes. You can return any order to us within 14 days without giving any reason.

Question 5: I want to return an item, what should I do?

Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels. The product must not contain any signs of use.

A return must always be accompanied by a track & trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.

Once we receive the items you have returned, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

Question 6: Where can I find my track and trace code?

Answer: On this page you can track your order, enter your email address and order number to track your package.

Question 7: The track and trace code does not contain any information, how is this possible?

Answer: Once your package arrives at the shipping house, the track and trace information will be available. Please note that there may be delays.
