The removable shoe insert (insole) is made of mesh and lightweight eva foam material. This is a foamy almost indestructible material that perfectly absorbs shocks. The sole with an original scaly pattern is made of ultra-light soft phylon which also absorbs shocks and of durable thermoplastic rubber thanks to which the sole peels less.
