Return Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return it at any time.

Return shipments
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 14 days of receipt. Send the completed return form along with the invoice with the shipment. If this form is not filled out completely, we will not be able to process the return request.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the returned product must be returned in its original condition with tags and labels. The product must not contain any signs of use. We reserve the right to refuse returns if we suspect that the items have already been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Refunds
Once the product is received in our warehouse, the product will be exchanged as soon as possible or the purchase amount will be refunded to your bank account within 7 days.

Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact our customer service department.

Shipping
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Obligations for processing the return
- Products such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose, hair creams, etc. are not covered by (name of website)'s return policy regarding hygiene. Therefore, these products cannot be returned and will not be processed.

Provide the return shipment with a track-and-trace code (at your own expense).
Send a photo of the track-and-trace code by e-mail on the day of shipment
- The return form must be printed in the package
- The product must be sent in unused condition
- The product must be delivered in the original packaging
- The product will be inspected for damage caused by the customer, therefore sending a damaged product by your own actions will not be processed

If the above requirements are not met, the return will not be processed
